OPERATIONS MANAGER (SAN CARLOS, CA)

1) Review financial statements, sales and activity reports.
2) Direct and coordinate activities of the business concerned with pricing and sales of services.
3) Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services.
4) Implement strategy for generating resources and revenue for company.
5) Manage cash flow and credit lines with distributors and manufacturers until projects have been completed with contract milestone.
6) Manage project payments with projected payroll that includes NTP (Network Time Protocol) and PTO (Paid Time Off) cycles.
7) Manage job cost against contract milestones payments. Monitor suppliers to provide material cost within project budget limits.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, accounting or related field.
